Tariffs

All prices are per week and are inclusive of towels, linen, electricity and oil. Rentals are from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10.00am. Change over days may be possible upon request subject to availbilty and season. It is very unlikely this facility would be availible during high season.

Short breaks, a minimum of 2 nights, are dependent upon availability. A two-night break is 50% of the weekly rental with a third night incurring a further 10% of the weekly rental. Please contact us by email or phone to make a reservation.

We will confirm your reservation and provisionally book the property, securing it for seven days. You will then be asked to complete a booking form and make payment. A 25% non-returnable deposit on booking is required, with the balance payable six weeks in advance of holiday date.
